Entries

Submissions should be for work performed between October 1, 2024 – October 1, 2025

FOR ALL CATEGORIES:

All entrants must submit ONE PDF entry below with the following:

• Page 1: 100-200 word summary of your entry

• Page 2-3: Award submission (details on number of pages allowed is listed below based on category)

• Entry documents should be titled as: CompanyName_EntryCategory_EntryTitle (Ex. Sports League PR_C1_The Saints are Coming 2021 Football Campaign)

• Entries should comply with specific guidelines for campaigns and single piece events.

• Internet material should be screen-captured and submitted in entry materials.

For Campaign Category:

• Page 1: 100-200 word written description of the project

• Page 2-3: Two-page (MAX) Campaign description (single spaced, size 10 font)

*A public relations campaign can be entered in only one campaign category.

*Individual components can be entered in appropriate single entry categories.

Print Category:

• Page 1: 100-200 word written description of the project

• Page 2: One-page (MAX) Element description (single spaced, size 10 font)

• The summary should explain the public relations project supported by the entry.

Social Media Category:

• Page 1: 100-200 word written description of the project

• Page 2: One-page (MAX) Element description (single spaced, size 10 font)

• The summary should explain the public relations project or campaign supported by the entry.
